North Pole Family Party

Ho Ho Ho!

How are you, my good friend?  How are your family members doing?  I hope you are keeping your spirits up as well as your thermostat in this chilly winter season.

Mrs. Claus had a HUGE party last night for all of our family and friends here at the North Pole!  Everyone had plenty to eat, plenty of great conversation, and the warm feelings one with another was ideal!  We surely are blessed to have such a great group of friends and family.  We reminisced about many family members that have left this existence and moved on in the eternities.  We certainly miss each and every one of them . . .

Take care for now - we will stay in touch.  Simply check back here from time to time!

Beautiful Sunny Day

Ho Ho Ho!

What a beautiful sunny day it is here at the North Pole!  The sun is just glistening across the snow flakes making the entire area look like it has been landscaped in small little diamonds!  It is awe-inspiring to say the least.

How is the weather where you are right now?  Do you have snow?  With all of the elves outside working with the reindeer in our cold weather, it looks like a big cloud of steam as they all breathe in and out.  It is well below freezing all day long with the morning hours especially nippy.  I have just built Mrs. Claus a very toasty fire to stay comfortable - she certainly appreciates the warmth that our fireplace provides for the entire home.

Well, I must head over to the Toy Shop to see how things are looking for our production of new gifts for our Christmas Eve flight.  You stay warm and be good - you know I will be checking my list throughout the year!

Ice Rain

Ho Ho Ho!

Have you ever experienced "Ice Rain"?  The North Pole is usually pretty chilly this time of year but a warm spell brought the temps up to near 40 degrees the past few days.

We had plenty of rain for three days then a polar blast of cold air followed right behind the warm days and froze everything!  Even the reindeer were slipping and sliding around - they are typically very sure-footed!  Well at least all of the trees and power lines are encased with a clear coat of sparkling ice that really gives a special shine!  We have many of the elves out and about spreading sand on the roads and walkways so others won't slip and become injured.

You take care of yourselves - we want you to remain strong and healthy for a long time to come . . . Say, how are you doing with your new goals for this year?  You know I'll be checking on you!

Can You Feel The Newness?

Ho Ho Ho!

Hello all!  Well, we are a week into the new year - can you feel the newness, the hope, the encouragement that a new year brings?

We are already setting up the Toy Shop for next year's gifts - it is quite an undertaking to prepare for such a change, but you know, change is good for all of us.  It helps each one of us to be a little flexible and to help us to see the world from different point of view!

What changes are you seeing already in this new year?  Are you setting some specific goals to help make this year better than last year?  We can accomplish much if we will focus on the effort - trust me on that one . . .
